How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We do our best to get your order out the same day it is ordered. Normally, the cut-off for same day shipping is 12:00 pm ET. All orders are shipped from our facility in Florida. Orders shipped via ‘Standard Free Shipping’ can be expected to arrive anywhere between 3-6 business days from the date you order, depending on your location (the closer to FL, the quicker you should expect to receive your order).

We also offer an Express Next Day Delivery option which will ship via FedEx Standard Overnight for $35 and delivery is guaranteed the next business day by end of day (depending on if you submit the order by 12:00 pm ET). No deliveries are made on weekends. We will send you a shipping notification email with a tracking number so you can track your order online and see exactly when to expect it.

What shipping options do you offer?

Orders of Nadovim are shipped using standard DHL and USPS shipping as the default shipping option. Cant wait to start Nadovim? We understand. You can also choose our Express Next Day Delivery for $35 prior to checkout. Please note, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of the order on the same day if placed after 12pm ET. Looking to ship internationally? We provide DHL international delivery to over 150 countries for a flat $35 fee. This international shipping fee is waived if you order 3 bottles or more (minimum of $190 for the total order to unlock free shipping). No deliveries are made on weekends.

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is simple. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. That email will contain your tracking number and a link to track via the DHL, USPS, or Fedex website.

You may also go to your account page, click on ’View Past Order’, and select your order to view tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! We provide DHL international shipping to over 150 countries for a flat $35 fee. This international shipping fee is waived if you order 3 bottles or more (minimum of $190 for the total order to unlock free shipping).

Important Notice for Non-US Customers

We are happy to offer Nadovim to customers in over 150 countries around the world. You should know, however, that all shipments are sent from the U.S., and depending on your countries’ customs regulations, you may be asked to pay additional import fees before your package is delivered. We do not collect these fees and have no control over them. It is your responsibility to pay for these local customs fees. If you’d like to learn more about whether you may be charged additional fees for shipping Nadovim to your country, please contact your local customs office. Nadovim is considered a “Food Supplements for Personal Use” (HS Tariff Code: 2106.90) and charges are based on the value of your total purchase. By proceeding with your order, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to assume responsibility for these charges by your local government.

I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

If you did not receive your package within six business days, you should track the item using the tracking number provided to you in the email confirmation of your order. If your item is lost or stolen, contact our customer support team immediately (support@nadovim.com) and we will happily resolve the issue and ensure that you have your purchase as quickly as possible.
