All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than the specific exceptions outlined below. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery (as shown on the carrier's tracking information). Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Resolution Options: At our sole discretion, we may offer:

Return Shipping: If we approve a replacement or refund for a damaged/defective item, we will provide instructions (and potentially a prepaid shipping label where feasible). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Condition of Returned Item: Returned items must be in their original packaging (if possible) and include all components.
We reserve the right to deny claims if the issue appears to result from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after receipt.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
