Ways to Further Improve Focus, Concentration and Memory
- Keep a bottle of Nadovim in plain sight on your nightstand, desk, or where you perform work or cognitive tasks.
This serves two-fold.1 – To remember to take your Nadovim.
2 – Use the bottle as a totem. Simply associate the bottle with keeping focused so that if you find yourself distracted, look at the bottle of Nadovim, pick it up, and use that time to re-focus on the task at hand and stay productive and in the zone.
