Terms of Sale

Innovative Medicine, LLC reserves the right to revise the pricing of its products, trainings, and offerings at any time and without advance notice.
Products will be shipped according to the standard methods of shipping that Innovative Medicine has in place at the time. View Shipping Policy →
When a product is received in a damaged condition it should be reported promptly to the Customer Service Department (1-800-684-8846 ext 701).
When a discrepancy exists between the quantity or items ordered and the quantity or items received, then Innovative Medicine must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the shipment.
When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee and full shipping charges.
All returns must be pre-approved by Innovative Medicine and received within 14 business days of authorization of the return. Please call the Customer Service Department (1-800-684-8846 ext 701) and speak with a representative for more information.
A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Innovative Medicine may refuse to accept a returned product without prior Return Authorization.
Innovative Medicine must receive a returned product before a product credit will be issued.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved.
These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time should it be determined that it is in the best interests of Innovative Medicine to do so.

Use of Nadovim Logo and Pictures on the Internet

Images and likenesses of Nadovim’s registered trademark, logo, pictures found on www.nadovim.wpengine.com, and copyrighted content may be downloaded from this website by professional customers who have opened an Innovative Medicine professional account. The Innovative Medicine logo can be used only in the special form supplied by Innovative Medicine for use on the Internet; neither the file name nor the name of the image may be changed or modified from the original form supplied by Innovative Medicine. Please contact Innovative Medicine at info@innovativemedicine.com to request logo and images for use on the internet or elsewhere.

An Innovative Medicine account holder does not have the right to affix any Innovative Medicine trademark or logo to any product or other material that is not an Innovative Medicine product or system.

An Innovative Medicine account holder agrees to use the symbols &trade, as appropriate, when displaying Innovative Medicine’s name and logo. The use of a Innovative Medicine trademark does not give a customer any ownership right, title, or interest, express or implied, in the trademark.

Innovative Medicine will periodically review a customer’s website and reserves the right to demand that a customer make changes to its website regarding the use of intellectual property owned or controlled by Innovative Medicine, even if Innovative Medicine has previously approved or accepted the customer’s website or the material displayed thereon.

Violations of Policy

A customer who violates Innovative Medicine’s Internet policy will receive a written notice from Innovative Medicine that they are in violation of the Policy and will have their account privileges suspeneded and not be able to purchase Innovative Medicine products if the Policy is not met and changes not put into effect by a set date as listed in the written notice.

A customer who corrects the website to bring it into compliance with this policy should promptly notify Innovative Medicine. Innovative Medicine will review the website and if Innovative Medicine determines the website has been brought into compliance with this policy, the customer’s account will be reactivated. Innovative Medicine has adopted a zero-tolerance approach to this policy. Customers acknowledge that upon any subsequent breach of any provision of this policy, Innovative Medicine may terminate the customer’s account without notice.

Miscellaneous

Innovative Medicine may, in its sole discretion, revise its Internet policy at any time.

Any failure or delay by Innovative Medicine in enforcing any provision of its Internet policy will not be considered a waiver of such provision and will not prevent Innovative Medicine from enforcing the provision at a later date.
