Shipping & Returns
We do our best to get your order out the same day it is ordered. Normally, the cut-off for same day shipping is 12:00 pm ET. All orders are shipped from our facility in Florida. Orders shipped via ‘Standard Free Shipping’ can be expected to arrive anywhere between 3-6 business days from the date you order, depending on your location (the closer to FL, the quicker you should expect to receive your order).
We also offer an Express Next Day Delivery option which will ship via UPS Next Day Air. The cost will vary based on order weight and shipping address. Delivery is guaranteed the next business day by the end of the day (for orders placed by 12:00 PM ET). No deliveries are made on weekends. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number so you can track your order online and see exactly when to expect it.

Tracking your order is simple. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. That email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your order.
You can also log into your account, navigate to the “My Orders” section, and select the order to view tracking information.
No, Nadovim is only available for purchase within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
If you did not receive your package, you should track the item using the tracking number provided to you in the email confirmation of your order or by logging into your account. If your item is lost or stolen, contact our customer support team immediately (support@nadovim.com) and we will happily resolve the issue and ensure that you have your purchase as quickly as possible.
